Brady MacDonald, a system administrator at Hewlett Packard, checks his GTD progress and describes how he relies on a Moleskine cahier as a “catch all to do list,” adding that he prefers carrying the notebook over his iPhone since he writes faster than he types.
His note-taking duties are assigned to the large moleskine notebook he keeps in a Rickshaw folio, which also holds his pens, pencils, and “odds and ends.”
